Eurozone's consumer confidence rose more than expected in December, preliminary data from the European Commission showed late Monday.
The flash consumer confidence indicator increased to -10.9 from a revised -11.5 in November. Economists had forecast the index to come in at -11.
For the EU, the consumer confidence index advanced by 0.6 points to -7.5.
