As most of the European markets remain closed on New Year's eve, British housing equity withdrawal and Turkish trade balance are among the handful of data expected on Wednesday.
At 3 am ET, the Turkish Statistical Institute is due to release its trade balance figures. The trade deficit is expected to widen slightly to $6.95 billion in November from $6.25 billion in October.
At 4 am ET, the Czech National Bank is scheduled to release its money supply data for November. In October, money supply had risen 4.3 percent year-on-year.
At 4.30 am ET, the Bank of England is set to publish quarterly housing equity withdrawal data for the third quarter. In the second quarter, HEW showed a negative balance of GBP 10.84 billion.
